Veugelers Advocatuur (Veugelers Lawyers) are specialised in pension law. Pension issues are by nature complex. At least three parties are always involved in a pension arrangement: the employer, the employee and the pension fund or insurance company. Owing to this and the fact that a pension claim has a long duration makes pension issues naturally complex. We intend to explain pension law in a simple way. Thereafter we try to solve pension issues in a practical and comprehension way.
We give advice on the preparation of pension arrangements, execution agreements and pension schemes. Many pension agreements and pension schemes must be adapted to the new pension age of 67.
In some cases, litigation is inevitable. We regularly assist our client in court as pension lawyers in relation to indexation issues, disputes regarding new pension schemes, insurrance contract or execution contracts.
